Fish casserole Recipe:
1.Fish steak------------------------------1 kg big pieces.
2, spring Onion-------------------------20 gms.
3.Garlic----------------------------------6 cloves crushed
4. Madras Curry Powder -------------2 finely chopped
5. oil-------------------------------------1/2 cup
6. Bread Crumbs----------------------1 cup
7. Salt----------------------------------2tsp
8. Lemon juice-----------------------2 limes

Work Procedure:
Step_1. Fry spring onions in oil and cook till transparent.
Step_2. Add crushed garlic, green chillies, Madras Curry Powder, 1 tsp of salt and stir fry the mixture. Keep aside.
Step_3. Rub lime and 1 tsp of salt on fish and keep for 15 mins.
Step_4. Spread fish layer of mixture in the bottom of the dish.
Step_5. Place second layer of fish fillet, then top it with the third layer of the mixture and finally place the fourth layer of fish again.
Step_6. Top this layer of fish with a little of mixture and bread crumbs.
Step_7. Preheat oven at 230°C and place the casserole for 20 mins at 200°C in the oven remove to serve hot with Russian or French salad.
